It does not include NPCs or adoption center pokemon. If a pokemon is a tie it will recieve the same number rank as the pokemon above it. This is based solely on levels. It shall be updated monthly. If your pokemon on this list gains a level, PM user 'top20' and let me know. If your pokemon has just reached level 10, or you have just caught a pokemon level 10 or higher, PM user 'top20' and let me know. I will read through these PMs and update the list monthly.
